Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, then tap "Sign Up" and enter your email address and password. You'll receive a verification code to confirm your email.

How do I scan a receipt?

Tap the "+" button in the app, then choose to take a photo or select from your photo library. Our OCR technology will automatically extract the receipt details including merchant name, date, and amounts.

Managing Receipts

How do I organize my receipts?

You can create folders and tags to organize your receipts. Go to Profile > Folders or Profile > Tags to set them up, then assign them when saving a receipt.

How do I export my receipts?

Go to Profile > Export Receipts. You can export as CSV or PDF format. Note: Export is available for Pro, Team, and Business subscribers.

How do I share receipts with my team?

Create a workspace in Profile > Workspaces, then invite team members by email. All receipts added to that workspace will be visible to members based on their assigned role.

Account & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes! All your receipt data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. Each user has a unique encryption key, and all data is transmitted over secure TLS connections.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a verification code to reset your password.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile in the app and scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option. Your account will be scheduled for deletion and all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can cancel the deletion during this period.

Subscriptions

What subscription plans are available?

We offer Free, Pro, Team, and Business plans. Each plan includes different features like advanced exports, team collaboration, and priority support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to manage or cancel your subscription.

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

No, your receipts and data remain accessible. You'll simply lose access to premium features until you resubscribe.

Troubleshooting

App not working correctly?

Try these steps:

  1. Close and reopen the app
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Update to the latest version from your app store
  4. If issues persist, contact us at daniel@cloudsafe.host

Receipt not scanning correctly?

For best results:

  • Ensure good lighting when taking photos
  • Keep the receipt flat and fully visible
  • Avoid shadows and glare
  • You can manually edit any incorrectly scanned fields
