Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Receipt Ledger mobile application (the "App") operated by Daniel Mochalov ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

A. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old in the European Economic Area) to use the App.

B. Account Creation

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on mobile devices that you own or control
• Access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes

License Restrictions

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and dignity of other users
• Use the App in a manner consistent with its intended purpose
• Maintain accurate records and information

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Collect or harvest user information without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

5. User Content

A. Ownership

You retain all ownership rights in your User Content (receipt images, notes, folder names, etc.). By uploading User Content, you do not transfer ownership to us.

B. License Grant

By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the App. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

C. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you own or have the necessary rights to it.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

A. Subscription Plans

The App offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Details of each plan are available within the App.

B. Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

C. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

D. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DANIEL MOCHALOV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daniel Mochalov from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

A. By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings or contacting us.

B. By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

C. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
